Snow Day | Individual Portrait Session – Canonsburg, PA

Today was a snow day for me and my sister, Natalie. I did not have class and she did not have work. Considering the roads were pretty terrible, we didn’t have much to do. I had promised Natalie around a month ago that we would do a winter photo session. She loves winter and snow! We finally had the perfect opportunity and setting to make it happen.

I cannot even tell you in words how cold we were! Natalie did not complain once. We had to stop after about 20 minutes because we were slowly becoming frozen. My hands were numb and could not properly work the camera any longer!

Considering this session was not really planned and certainly was not taking place in ideal weather conditions, we managed to sneak in a few beautiful shots!

I introduce you to my gorgeous sister, Natalie!

What beautiful shots!!! The scenery made for a great backdrop and Natalie looks absolutely gorgeous, and not to mention comfortable for it being so cold!

    • Thank you so much!! The snow and snow covered trees really did make for a good backdrop. I don’t know how she kept herself composed in 14 degree weather!?
